Another fabulous book that makes it simple and gives good reasons why you should make changes in your food choices.  I learn so much from Dr. Brownstein's and Sheryl Shenefelt's books and web resources.  God bless both of you for sharing this valuable information.  Finally what I have been looking for!!!!
